Cancellation, Returns & Refunds 

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item remains unused and in its original condition.  

You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. As we value our customers satisfaction, we have extended this policy to include any bespoke orders. 

To do this please e-mail, call or write to us. You do not have to give us your reasons, however, we would be grateful for any feedback to help us improve the service we offer in the future. You must return the goods within 14 days of cancelling at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Refunds will be paid within 7 days of receiving the returned undamaged goods. 

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, we will accept the return of goods up to six months after purchase.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. If there is a problem with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will be happy to refund or exchange them. We will refund your return postage costs.
